6. The communications parameters should appear mid-screen.
If the settings do not match, click the arrow next to the parameter and select the correct
value. (See Figure C-2.)

Click the Test Command tab to test the communications. (See Figure C-3.)

– Enter a “P” command. The scale should respond with a weight value ( e.g., 0.02g).
– Enter a “V” command. The response should be the software version ( e.g., Sr: 1.03)
