Pump drive
WARNING

Rotating drive parts must be enclosed by a cover which cannot be penetrated
by splinters.

Do not remove any protective covers of rotating parts during operation.
We recommend that you use a Barmag drive that is suitable for the pump.
If a Barmag drive is not used, the following conditions apply:

The pump's drive shaft and the shaft of the drive must be aligned with each
other.
▪
For power transmission, a self-aligning coupling with radial offset compensation
(e.g. a curved-teeth coupling, dual propeller shaft, permanent magnetic
coupling) in accordance with the manufacturer's specifications must be used.

Fasten the pump (8) to the bracket
(9).
Please observe the screw tightening
torques specified in the pump
drawing.

Fasten the bracket (9) firmly at the
intended position in the system with
screws.
▪
The electric motor (11) must be
connected by qualified personnel in
accordance with the manufacturer's
specifications.
