This option is to be seen in context with IMIS-
MATCH. In this version of the LCDS-Module 
doesn't exist a SUBSTITUDE command, be-
cause it is meaningless with IMISMATCH=CON-
TINUE.
Restricted implementation: see 6.3.2.

Displays an OTEXT message but the WAIT is ig-
nored.
WAIT is treated like NOWAIT.
