2.3 Automatically returning to the default settings: Automatic reset setting
Without the [Reset] key pressed on the control panel, the machine automatically clears all the copy settings
specified so far and restores the default settings after a certain period of inactivity.
This function is called Automatic Reset Setting.
As a factory default, Automatic Reset Setting is programmed to function after 1 minute of machine inactivity.
The timespan for this operation can be changed in the Utility mode.
Either Full-auto or Initial can be selected as default.
Copy settings specified as Full-auto are as follows. These settings cannot be altered except the Output
Application setting.
- Original Setting: Normal
- Color: Full color
- Zoom: 1.000
- Application: None
- Quality Adjustment: Standard
- Output Application: Selection available in the Utility mode
- Simplex/Duplex: 1->1
- Paper Setting: Auto
