Cooking program table
* For the Lentil program, you can either choose the automatic mode or set the
time by yourself. To select the time by yourself, once you entered the “Lentils”
program, you can press the timer to set the cooking time.
The automatic mode will cook your lentils. But if you like them more tender, you
can choose to set your own longer time.
Recommendations for best rice cooking
• Before cooking, measuring the rice with measuring cup and rinse it except
risotto rice. To measure the rice, fill the CUP (cup provided) with raw rice, up
to the edge (not too much more, not less) in order to respect the water/rice
ratio needed to ensure that your rice will be cooked perfectly.
• Put the rinsed rice well distributed around the whole surface of the pot. Fill
it with water to the corresponding water level (the graduations indicate the
level of water needed, according to the quantity of rice to be cooked).
• When the rice is ready, and the “Keep Warm” indicator light is on, stir the
rice and then leave it in the rice cooker for a few minutes longer in order to
get perfect rice with separated grains.
