Put the kitchen machine on a plane and stable surface. Set the speed selector at “0” and
make sure that the kitchen machine is not connected to a power socket, when mounting the
bowl and accessories. Press the release handle and place the mixer head in vertical position.
Position the bowl in the bowl bracket on the kitchen machine. Turn the bowl clockwise until
it is firmly attached to the bowl bracket.
Next, mount the wanted accessory (spatula, dough hook or whisk) on the coupling for
mounting of parts, press the part upwards and turn it counterclockwise to secure it on the
coupling.
Add ingredients. Take care not to overfill the machine – Max quantity is 2.3 kg. Press the
release handle to lower the mixer head – keep your hand on the mixer head when lowering it
into the bowl and apply the plug to a socket. Mount the lid by pressing it onto the mixer head
in such a way that the inlet is positioned as shown on the figure below.
Switch on the kitchen machine by turning the speed selector to the wanted speed between
1 – 6. See instructions for selection of speed on the following page.

be sure to have
ingredients in the bowl before switching on the kitchen machine.
Follow recipe instructions. When you are finished with the mixing/kneading, set the speed
switch to 0 and disconnect the plug from the power socket. Remove the lid from the bowl.
Press the release button and place the mixer head in a vertical position and remove the
accessory. Remove the bowl from the bracket by turning the bowl counter-clockwise.
Note:
When mixing heave types of dough etc. the machine should only be used for 10
minutes at a time and then let it cool off for ten minutes.
Clean the parts as described in the section “Cleaning and maintenance”.
Overheating
The kitchen machine comprises a thermostat to ensure a long life of the appliance and which
will be activated if the motor gets overcharged. In case the thermostat is activated, switch off
the appliance and disconnect the plug from the power socket and wait for about 20 minutes
before switching on the appliance again.
Setting the speed
Apply the plug to a power socket and switch on. It is recommended that you always start
at the lowest speed and then increase the speed a little at a time. Put the lid on the bowl in
order to avoid splashes. See the table below as to recommended settings of speed.
