This group of functions allows you to perform tests on
the main components of the machine.

With this function it is possible to simulate the normal
products distribution without introducing any money to
test column rotation and door release, pressing selection
buttons.

Disks
With this function it is possible to test the operation of
the disks rotation pressing the loading buttons.
With this function, pressing loading buttons doesn't
change a disk and/or slot status (full/empty/expired)

Doors
With this function it is possible to test the operation of
the doors, pressing the loading buttons, and without
operating disks rotation.
With this function, pressing loading buttons doesn't
change a disk and/or slot status (full/empty/expired)

tEst
Software is provided with a function to test, semi-auto-
matically, the correct operation of the machine's devices.
Some of the controls are automatic, while others require
the controlled component to be manually operated.
Press button

to switch to next device's test.
Testing devices

Keypad:
display shows the key to press, if the button
works properly, it passes on testing the next key.

Buttons:
the proper operation of buttons "failures
reset" and "shopper" is tested.

Temperature:
temperature value recorded by the
probe is shown.
If display shows value "-11.0" it means that probe is
faulted or power supply to the probe has been inter-
rupted.
If display shows value "41.0" it means that the probe is
short circuited.

Buzzer:
acoustic test of the buzzer.

Display:
the machine turns on all the points of the
display to allow the visual operation check.

Disk display:
all disks prices displays are turned on.

LED Lightning:
all windows LED are turned on
Please avoid watching directly to light sources
during test.

Doors:
all disks doors are unlocked in sequence.

Coin box:
Tests proper dialogue with coin box and
tests which of the lines of the validator are set as active.

Micro door:
menu requests the activation of the micro
switches of the payment system slot and main door.

Compressor:
press

button to activate the compres-
sor; press

button to deactivate the compressor.

Compressor fans:
compressor fans operating test.

Column fan:
central column fans test.

Fans:
press

button to activate fans, or press button

to deactivate fans.

Disks:
internal buttons, disk lock electromagnets, sec-
tor counters, source magnet are tested and column is
moved.
