CLEANING AIR DUCTS AND
REFRIGERATION ASSEMBLY
The air ducts and the refrigeration assembly must be
cleaned at least every 30 days, using a vacuum cleaner,
as follows:
-Open the main door and clean the aeration grid of the
refrigeration assembly and the condensing unit.
Jets of water are to be absolutely avoided for wash-
ing the machine.
Before starting maintenance, always turn the ma-
chine off.
The integrity of the device and compliance of its
systems with the existing regulations must be
checked at least once a year, by qualified person -
nel.
SERVICE SUSPENSION
For long downtime periods proceed as follows:
-unplug the machine from the power supply
-remove the products and clean the accessories and the
internal parts;
-clean the machine inside, using a solution of warm water
and non-aggressive cleaning products, and let thoroughly
dry.
