1/4 cup chia seeds
4 carrots, spiralized in spiralizer,
plus a few spiralized pieces
set aside to garnish
2 cups hot water
1 tsp. cinnamon
Toppings: 1 tsp. raisins, 1 tsp.
almond butter
DIRECTIONS:
Bring 2 cups of water, oats
and spiralized carrots to a boil.
Add chia seeds. Let simmer.
Stir in cinnamon.
Transfer to a bowl and top with
raisins, extra carrot spirals,
almond butter and a small
amount of maple syrup.
