FINAL INSTALLATION CHECKOUT INSTRUCTIONS
1.
Review Operation Instructions on pages 8 – 9.
2.
Perform all steps as outlined in the Operation Instructions on pages 8 – 9.
3.
Verify all operations function properly and securely.
4.
Demonstrate the operation of the lift to the owner/operator and review correct and safe lifting
procedures using the ANSI/ALI Lifting It Right booklet as a guide.
5.
Provide the complete lift documentation package to the owner for future reference.
6.
Complete the Manufacturer’s Checklist below and Review with the Owner.
7.
Review the terms of the warranty registration card.
8.
Complete and Return the card along with a copy of the completed Manufacturer’s Checklist to:
