• Screw the scanning head onto the prepared mounting surface such that there is still

some vertical clearance�

•

Remove the blue transparent protective film (in case of DOUBLEFLEX scale tape,

always begin at the fixing point) from the graduation of the scale tape.

•

Clean the scale tape surface (graduation) of the scanning head with a soft and lint-free

rag. Use a solvent if necessary (e.g. Acetone or Alcohol).

•

ATTENTION: Acetone and Alcohol are inflammable liquids!
