4.2.2. Network
a. IP setting -
table containing IP configuration and camera ports.
IP assignment
- option to choose DHCP server or set IP (version 4) address and other
parameters manually. Correct settings of IP address and subnet mask are
necessary for proper operation of an IP camera. Defining gateways and DNS
servers is necessary for using the camera outside the local network.
IPv6 assignment - option to choose DHCP server or set IP (version 6) address and other
parameters manually.
Ports
- allows user to define ports for the various network protocols.
Caution: Do not set the same port for different network protocol
UPnP
- function allows to enable or disable camera access function in the network
environment of Windows operating system.
UPnP Port Forwarding - function allows to automatically update port forwarding settings on your
router, so that the camera can be accessed from the Internet. Web, HTTPS and
RTSP port can be forwarded.
RTSP Settings
- the function to enable or disable camera RTSP server. TCP connection uses
RTSP Port (554). UDP connection uses RTP Start and End Port.
Multicast Settings - multicast video transmission settings allows to set multicast IP address,
transmission port and TTL parameter for video stream 1 and video stream 2.
CAMERA WWW INTERFACE
