External safety device (emergency-STOP, slack cable, wicket door, motor's thermal switch)
has been activated. Check (J4).

Door neither opens nor closes
No end-of-travel positions learned. Programme the end-of-travel positions [30] [31].

Menu [37] set at 3 or 4
Allow door to open and close fully in order for the position of the photocell to be detected.

No door movement
Brake relay feedback faulty.

Error occurred during self-testing, exchange control unit.

Check the network environment to identify electronic interferers. Enlarge the distance
