1 Fuel Tank Bag including a fuel tank, stopper and hardware. Fuel tank is marked as 380ml in
volume but is actually 450ml in volume.
o
2 nylon zip ‐ ties, in a white plastic bag, to mount the fuel tank into the fuselage.
o
Tail Wheel Bag including mounting hardware.
o
1 Main Wheel Bag including 2 wheels and mounting hardware. We recommend replacing the
hardware included in this bag with (2) 8 ‐ 32 x 1.5 socket head bolts and (4) nylon ‐ insert nuts.
o
1 Engine Mount including mounting hardware. Although this engine mount and hardware can
be used with the kit, we recommend the Hyde ‘C’ mount for the OS 1.20AX engine.
o
1 Set Aluminum Landing Gear with mounting hardware. Note there is a Left and a Right gear leg
and the bolts are 4mm thick and 20mm or 16mm long along with appropriately sized washers.
o
1 3 ‐ 1/8” Red Spinner with mounting hardware. We recommend a 3” FAI ‐ style True ‐ Turn
spinner.
o
22 CA Hinges
o
1 Package of Cockpit Mounting hardware (with 2 nylon bolts inside to hold the cockpit in place
through the fuselage sides).
o
1 Pull ‐ Pull Rudder Cable set. We recommend replacing this with a 4 ‐ 40 heavy duty pull ‐ pull set.
o
1 Package of control horns. This package also includes a set for use on the rudder; however,
they will not fit the Aquila’s rudder. We recommend using 6 ‐ 32 all ‐ thread rod for control horns.
o
1 Package of (2) wheel pants.
o
1 Package floating firewall laser cut wood. Assembly required.
o
1 Wing tube ‐‐ 25mm O.D. x 26” length, with 0.05” wall thickness
o
1 Stab tube – 12.5mm O.D.
o
1 Package Elevator pushrod assembly
o
1 Fuselage with cowl, cockpit and canopy
o
2 Stabilizer/elevator halves (left and right)

2 Wing halves with ailerons (left and right)

1 bag of bolts, screws, plywood:

(4) Socket head M4 x 16mm for mounting the landing gear to the fuselage

(4) Socket head M3 x 20mm for mounting the horizontal stabilizers to the fuse

(2) 8 ‐ 32 x 2” Nylon Slotted head bolts for retaining the cockpit to the fuselage
o
(4) self ‐ taping #2 x 9/16” screws for mounting the cowl to the fuselage
o
3.5mm plywood elevator bearing doubler
