Mount
your
engine
to
the
engine
mount
with
no
muffler,
and
then
carefully
mount
the
cowl.
Pull
the
engine
forward
and
back
until
it
sits
properly
in
the
cowl.
Using
a
spinner
back
plate
will
help
here.
Note
you
may
have
to
reposition
your
engine
mount
until
the
engine
matches
the
spinner
disk
on
the
cowl.
Take
your
time
and
make
small
adjustments
until
the
fit
is
correct.
Remember
that
there
are
1.5
‐
degrees
of
right
thrust
and
2.5
‐
degerees
of
down
‐
thrust
pre
‐
built
into
the
floating
firewall
that
you
will
need
to
account
for
when
placing
the
engine
in
the
airplane.
7.
Once
everything
is
situated
properly,
glue
the
floating
firewall
in
place
inside
the
fuselage.
Brace
with
triangle
stock.
8.
Trim
off
the
excess
floating
firewall
from
behind
the
last
bulkhead
it
passes
through
as
this
material
is
used
to
brace
the
front
of
the
firewall
mount.
9.
Use
the
cut
off
material
to
build
a
box
around
the
firewall
mount.
