Trunk reports

The following reports provide call usage details for each trunk or trunk 
group in your organization:

Trunk Group Utilization Report

Trunk Utilization Report

Diagnostic reports

The following reports list the extensions and trunks that are entered in the 
telephone configuration and have no call activity. Also included are 
extensions and trunks that have call activity and that are not entered in 
the telephone configuration:

Report filters

You use 

Filters

 to define the reporting criteria for your reports. You can 

generate reports based on very specific requirements by using the filters.

After you select a report from the 

TBS Reports

 page, the system displays 

a page containing the filters available for use with the selected report. You 
customize your report by using the filters.

The filters displayed by the system vary depending on the type of report 
you select.
