Telecom Billing System web 
reporting

Overview

Telecom Billing System (TBS) web reporting is the Telephony Manager 
web-based reporting, telephone cost accounting, and billing application 
for your telecom network. 

With TBS you can: 

generate reports containing data from the TBS through your intranet 
or internet server about your organization’s calling activities

collect call records from your telephone system

calculate usage costs based on defined rates and configurations

allocate costs to the appropriate users in your organization

generate reports summarizing and detailing these costs

Accessing TBS web reports

To log on to Desktop Services and run TBS web reporting, perform the 
following steps:

1. Start your web browser.

2. Enter the address provided by your system administrator. 

The 

User Login

 

page appears. 

3. Enter the user ID and password provided by your system 

administrator.

The 

My Profile

 page appears. This page contains your user 

information, as well as links to the web reporting applications to which 
you have access.

4. Select 

Billing Reports 

in the navigation tree on the 

My Profile

 page.

The 

Billing Reports

 page appears. This page provides access to 

your TBS reports.
