Agent Greeting Card Maintenance and Troubleshooting Guide

To change a card from Client to Server: replace the dongle of the Client with 
the dongle of the Server and reboot. 

For any other case, using the Telnet or serial connection and type in :   diskInit 
"/A:"    (command is case sensitive). On reboot the card will be Unassigned. 

 

How to upgrade PC Card from 48Mb to 64MB

Use backup facility to backup data on 48MB PC Card. Note that this make 
take a number of hours if the card is full. 

Replace 48MB PC Card with 64 MB card

Use restore facility to restore data to the new PC Card
