CAUTION!

When upgrading the loadware on one platform (e.g.
Media Card (NTVQ09BA)), a loadware upgrade may
also be required on the other platform (e.g.
VPS(NTVQ09AB)) to allow the cards to inter operate in
a multicard group.

Always read the Release Notes before upgrading the
loadware on an Agent Greeting card.

The Release Notes contain information on minimum
loadware versions required on all platforms to interpreted
correctly.
