3.9.3 Hardware Factory Reset
If it is not possible to connect to the ODU over Ethernet, it may be necessary to perform a
hardware factory reset.
To perform a factory reset in hardware:
1. Remove the power cable from the ODU.
Power to the unit must be off for safety
purposes!
2. Open the ODU lid by unscrewing the four screws on the top of the controller box.
3. Locate the DIP switch on the circuit board shown below.
