HOW TO ADJUST THE REED SWITCH

If the console does not display correct feedback, the 
reed switch should be adjusted. 

To adjust the reed switch, first remove the screws from 
the left and right shields. Note: There are two different 
sizes of screws in the shields. Be sure to note the loca-
tion of each screw. Then, carefully remove the shields.

Next, locate the Reed Switch (46). Loosen, but do not 
remove, the indicated M4 x 16mm Screw (77). Slide 
the Reed Switch slightly toward or away from a Magnet 
(30) on the Pulley (29). 

Then, retighten the M4 x 16mm Screw (77). Turn the 
Left Crank Arm (24) for a moment. 

Repeat these actions until the console displays correct 
feedback. When the reed switch is correctly adjusted, 
reattach the left and right shields.
