Component Identification and Locations

Heating (Cab-Equipped Models)

The three-speed heater fan is controlled by a Rotary

Switch

(1)

. Rotate the switch one notch clockwise, to

operate fan in LOW speed. Turn clockwise to increase

speed to MEDIUM, and HIGH speeds. Rotate fully

counterclockwise to turn OFF heater fan.

NOTE:

Coolant will continue to flow through heater

core. OFF position stops air flow across heater core.

For summer operation, turn valve cock

clockwise to prevent hot engine coolant from flowing to the

heater. Turn the valve cock counterclockwise to operate the heater for winter operation.
