SYMPTOM PROBABLE CAUSE PROCEDURE
Here we present the most common symptoms
of operating failures, their probable causes and
precautions you should take. In case there are any

The bag is breaking on its
bottom part
Small ruptures that happen
repeatedly on the bag’s
bottom part. In general,
they occur due to low-
clearance between the
machine and the tray, and
then there is little space for
the bag to unfold.
Increase the clearance by
lowering the tray and observe
until ruptures cease.
The Bag is releasing
several folds at once.
Badly placed bag in the
machine or tray placed
very low (high clearance)
Observe if the folds are arranged
on the tray and if the tray does
not present high clearance. In
this case, it will be necessary to
cut the bag and start over.
The bag is not stretching
enough
Low brake pressure Increase brake pressure. Do
not produce bags without
the necessary stretching

manufacturer. High levels of air
inside the bag will compromise
the quality of the bagged product.
The bag is twisted The tractor is not moving
in a straight line.
Always keep the tractor moving
in a straight line.
Uneven braking on the
wheels.
Check if the brakes on the two
wheels are operating evenly.
Check soil compaction.
The tractor’s drawbar is
not steady and results in
machine misalignment.
Fix the tractor’s drawbar.
