Adequate and regular lubrication is indispensable
for a good performance and durability of your
Bagger. Recommended intervals take into
consideration its use in normal working conditions.
In severe conditions, they must be shortened. It
is recommended to periodically verify lubrication,
as well as using clean and high quality lubricants.

Before lubricating, clean rigorously grease
fittings, in order to avoid grease contamination.
ƒ
Replace damaged grease fittings.
ƒ
Lubricate soon after a period of work, because
grease flows better while the machine is still
heated.
ƒ
Always keep your lubricants away from dust,
humidity and other contaminants.
GREASE LUBRICATION
Lubricate all points indicated below with a greaser,
with special grease for bearings (multipurpose).
Use lithium-based soaps lubrication greases, grade
NL GI-2 EP.

LUBRICATION

COUPLING PIN OF EXTRATOR
Lubricate through the greaser 1 every 8 hours’
work.
2.
NUT REAR BEARING
Lubricate through the greaser 2 every 8 hours’
work.
