(1) LED DISPLAY - Shows current product selection and cook time.

(4) SELECTION INDICATOR LIGHT - Lights up to show which button is selected.
Control Operation and Programming Instructions
Operation -
Temperature Mode: The control will read "Lo" until the actual temperature exceeds
250º F. The the actual temperature is displayed.
To adjust the set point, push and hold the square center button for several
seconds. This will allow you to adjust the set point using the up and down arrows.
Press the square center button to lock in the new setting.
Ready Mode: The Control will read "Lo" until the set point is achieved, then it will
display "rdY".
Press and hold the square center button for several seconds until the actual
temperature is displayed. press the square center button to display the set point.
Use the up and down arrows to adjust the set point, and push the square center
button to lock in changes.
Multi Product Control P/N
Operation -
Push the numbered button that corresponds with the product you want to cook.
Adjust the cook time with the up and down arrows. When the control is being
adjusted, the display will flash.
When the desired time is selected, push the square center button. This will lock in
the setting. If no adjustment is made, or the new setting is not locked in, the
control will go back to the original setting after a couple of seconds.
Push the numbered button again to set the Duty Cycle, and again to set the extra
burner function.
Programming -
Push and hold the square center button while turning the power to the broiler on.
Continue to hold the button in until "Programming" is displayed.
Set the B, C, TLL, THH and DIR variables for your model. The proper settings are on
the wiring diagram and in the owner's manual.
Use the up and down arrows to change variables. Use the square center button to lock in the change
and advance to the next variable. If the motor is running backwards, change the DIR variable.
Changing product names: Press and hold the Product Selection button (i.e. 1, 2, 3, 4, or 5)
Cycle the power to the broiler to exit programming mode.
Motor Control P/N
Operation -

Programming -
Press and hold the square center button while turning on the power to the broiler.
Continue to hold the square button down for 15 seconds. The control will display
"Pro". Release the button.
Set the dF, F - C, and t - r variables.
dF is the calibration offset, and should be set to 001.
F - C is for Fahrenheit or Celsius.
t - r is for the display mode, either temperature or "rdY".
Calibration
-
Press and hold the center square button while turning on the power to the
broiler. Continue to hold the button in for 5 seconds.
The broiler will then go through a 60 minute calibration cycle, and establish a set
point.
