1. Lift and slide the grease trough out of the

broiler.
2. Take to sink area and spray with degreaser.
3. Wash with a scrub pad, rinse, and sanitize in

the 3-compartment sink. 

REASSEMBLY: Be sure grease trough is pushed

all the way into the broiler.
