C.2 Lighting Procedures
1. Broiler is
centered under
hood and
plugged in

WARNING
THE VENTILATION SYSTEM MUST
BE ON AT ALL TIMES DURING
BROILER OPERATION. OPERAT-
ING BROILER WITHOUT PROPER
VENTILATION IS A SEVERE FIRE
HAZARD.
NORMAL IGNITION
PRE-LIGHTING PREPARATION
1. Turn the MAIN POWER SWITCH on.
2. Allow broiler to heat for 45 minutes
before cooking. Do not cook during the
warm up period.

run free of any prod-
uct for 10 minutes.
This will burn the
chain clean.
2. Turn off
the Main
Power
Switch.
3. Wait for 30
minutes for the
broiler to cool.

EMERGENCY SHUTDOWN
1. Turn off the
MAIN POWER
SWITCH.
