18. Bottom burners should be
cleaned as follows:
a. Remove PROTECTIVE SHIELD
and clean daily with soap and
water or carbonized grease
remover (oven cleaner).
b. Clean DISTRIBUTOR SCREEN
and VENTURI weekly in the
same fashion as the upper
burners (see 17b and 17c).
19. Clean PATTY BELT SHAFT daily.
It can be scraped clean of
drippings and carbon with the
special tool supplied with the
broiler.
20. To reassemble the broiler,
repeat the preceding sequence
in reverse order.
