How to clean the plane of the whiteboard?
Two types of writing films can be used on the surface of the whiteboard. One type does not support
water whiteboard pen, whereas the other supports. On both types of films, however, writing with oil
pens is prohibited.
In routine cleaning, use clean and damp cloth to scrape the writing film (Note: the damp cloth should
be wrung out to avoid water penetrating inside the whiteboard from the bottom frame).
If an indelible oil color pen is used to write on the writing surface or writing is made on the film that
does not support water whiteboard pens, immediately sip absorbent cotton with ethanol and re-clean
the surface of the whiteboard.

All NHBoard TGN Series models interactive lectern product are covered by a three -year limited equipment
warranty. If you need to return defective merchandise, please contact the information center of NANHAO
(Beijing) Science and Technology Co.,Ltd to receive the appropriate Return of Merchandise Authorization,
as well as shipping instructions so that the interactive whiteboard can be sent to an authorized service
center.
Warranty Shipping Charges
Shipping charges incurred from warranty service are paid as follows: The customer is responsible for
shipping the system to the service center. NANHAO (Beijing) Science and Technology Co., Ltd pays return
shipping via ground service on any product returned for service within the warranty period. Any charges
associated with a customer-requested rush order are billed to the customer. Following the warranty period,
the customer is responsible for shipping the product to and from the service center.
Registration
As soon as you become one of NHBoard members after registration, you will enjoy another two-year
warranty service. A User Registration Card has been shipped with your interactive white board. To facilitate
user support and to receive news and updates, fill in and mail the card to NANHAO (Beijing) Science and
