3.4 Cutting the pool sides
Fig. 15 and 16
Cut the ends of the pool sides (if they overhang the
pool) for a length "x" depending on the length of the
pool "L" in order to allow the blades to move from the
axis to the pool.
4. Assembling the blades
Special care needs to be taken when handling the
blades. Shearing can cause irreparable damage to
the caps. This is why they must not be assembled by
threading
4.1 Placing the blades on the water
Fig. 17
4.1.1 Transfer the blades directly from the container to the
pool water avoiding all mechanical contacts.
4.1.2 Place the packets of blades directly onto the water,
curved side towards the sky and the double male
hook on the farthest side from the roller. Place the
specifi c groups of blades (the group fi tted with
straps to hook to the axis on the roller side, the
group fi tted with the other anti-lift mechanisms
on the side furthest from the roller, the blades for
the stairs).
4.2 Assembling the blades
Fig. 18
4.2.1 Assemble the blades by clipping them together by
inserting the double male hook into the female part
of the preceding blade and then by pushing the
blades up into a "V" shape towards the sky.
4.2.2 Make oscillating movements in order to cause the
fi tting along the whole length of the blade.
