This appendix presents Nexcelom consumables designed specifically for the Auto T4 such as disposable chambered
slides, beads and reagents. Catalog numbers are listed for all available sizes.
DISPOSABLE CHAMBERED SLIDES
Cellometer Cell Counting Chambered Slides are compatible with all Cellometer Systems. Each all-plastic, disposable
slide contains two sample counting chambers with a precisely-controlled height. The fixed 20µl sample size allows
for simple, automated calculation of cell concentration following imaging and counting. Image-based counting with
disposable counting chambers offers several key advantages:
• No potential clogging

Ideal for fragile samples, such as hepatocytes
