Automatically Saving Data
1.
Open the Options Menu and select the
Save Options…
option.
2.
Click the
Auto Save data.txt
check box to select it.
3.
If you want to create a new data text file each time cells are counted, click the
Create new data.txt with each
sample check
box to select it.
Keep in mind that selecting this option may result in a large volume of files.
Note:
If this is option is
not
selected, a new row containing a date/time stamp and key parameter settings will
be appended to the existing data file each time cells are counted.

Click the
Set Folder
button to navigate to a folder on the Operating Computer or network where data files are
to be saved.
It is recommended that data files be saved to a folder on the desktop or USB drive.
5.
Enter a file name (e.g.,
data)
and click
Open
to return to the Home screen.
Once auto saving of data is set up, results will be saved to the specified folder and file each time cells are counted.
Automatically Saving Images
1.
Open the Options Menu and select the
Save Options…
option.
2.
Click the
Auto Save Sample Image
check box to select it.
3.
Indicate whether you want to
Save Raw Images
(saved as .png files; images can be loaded back into Auto T4
for reanalysis),
Save JPG Copies
(images
cannot
be loaded back into Auto T4; use for adding to presentations
or reports) or
Save Counted Images
(also saved as .jpg files; images include graphic overlays of outlined cells).
Note:
Nexcelom Support will require raw images when requesting assistance with optimization of cell type
parameters or troubleshooting.

Click the
Set Folder
button to navigate to a folder on the Operating Computer or network where image files
are to be saved.
It is recommended that image files be saved to a folder on the desktop.
5.
Enter a file name (e.g.,
SampleImage
) and click
Open
to return to the Home screen.
Once auto saving of images is set up, files will be saved to the specified folder each time cells are counted.
