Rear Pulling Lugs
NOTICE!
Do not pull implement sideways—always pull straight. Always disconnect tractor from implement
before using rear lugs. Otherwise, damage to implement may occur.
NOTICE!
Failure to raise jack before pulling stuck implement will destroy jack.
If implement becomes stuck in
fi
eld and cannot be
freed by towing through:
1.
Empty spreader, shut off tractor power and
lower jack.
2. Disconnect implement from tractor.
3. Hook appropriately rated chain to both the left
and right hand rear pulling lugs as shown in
Figure 5.
4. Fasten chains to tractor.
5. Raise jack.
6. Engage tractor to dislodge implement.
