Remove bolts (34), spring washers, (35)
and arc washers (36) from the swinging
bar on the main unit (33). Set components
aside.
Insert the left swining handle (32) on to
the swinging bar (33) ensuring the holes
are aligned with the top handle facing
outwards. Following this, position the
foot plate (37) on the outer face of the
swinging handle tube and hold in position
temporarily.
Take the bolt (34), Spring washers (35) and
arc washers (36) and insert throught the
respective holes. Tighten the bolts into
position using the Allen key tool provided.
Repeat the process as above for the right
handle.
Step 5
Insert the left pedal (38) in to the rotating
crank arm(40) using the spanner supplied.
Turn in an anti-clockwise roation ensuring
the thread is inserted. Continue to tighten
until secure.
Repeat the process for the right pedal (39)
inserting in to the other rotating crank
arm (41). Tighten this pedal in a clockwise
rotation.
