Target time mode:
1 In Standby mode, press Target Time key and a

the display and flashing in every 2sec. If training stops for 5 minutes,
buzzer sounds for 2sec and enters sleep mode. Press

to resume
workout.

No signal inputs for 30sec , buzzer sounds 1 short beep and enters sleep
mode.
