Manual mode:
1 In Standby mode, press
START
to start a workout quickly, the buzzer
will sound for 1 second.
TOTAL TIME/ TIME/ DISTANCE/CALORIES/
WATTS/ SPEED/ RPM
will start to count up (Figure 17).
2 No signal input for 30sec, buzzer sounds 1 short beep, and the display
will enter to sleep mode. Press any button to wake up the console.
3 Press the
START
key once to pause training, Buzzer will sound for
0.5sec in every 30sec. All values are displaying on the LCD and
flashing every 4sec. If training is stopped for 5 minutes, the buzzer
sounds for 2sec and it will enter sleep mode. Press
START
to resume
workout.
4 Press the
STOP
key,
TIME
will display total workout time;
DISTANCE
will display total workout distance;
CALORIES
will
display total consumption during workout;
WATT, SPEED
and
RPM
will switch to display
AVG
. &
MAX
. (Figure 18~19) each 5sec.
5 Press any program key then perform the program accordingly.

Interval 20/10 mode:
1 To start, press
INTERVAL20/10
key, press
ENTER
and display will light
up, along with a buzzer beep for 1s.
2 Cycle time counts down from 3 to 0 then the console starts the training
programme. Meanwhile the buzzer beeps once per second and
READY
flashes once per second, counting displays ‘00/08’(Figure 20).
