NOTE: Reassemble using a new grease seal.
4. Install inner bearing (1) , grease seal (2) , outer bearing
(3) , thrust washer (4) , and castle nut (5) .

5. Tighten the castle nut (5) ,to while rotating the wheel,
until some resistance is felt.
6. Loosen the castle nut until the next slot aligns with the
cotter pin hole in the axle. Install the cotter pin (6) .
7. Install the cap (7) onto the wheel hub (8) .
NOTICE: Correct bearing pre-load settings are very impor-
tant. Incorrect setting may lead to premature wear of the
bearings and tires. Please contact your Authorized Dealer
if you have questions on bearing pre-load.
8. Repeat the procedure for the other wheel.

Fuel injectors - servicing
CAUTION
Escaping fluid!
Hydraulic fluid or diesel fuel leaking under pressure can penetrate the skin and cause infection or
other injury. To prevent personal injury: Relieve all pressure before disconnecting fluid lines or per-
forming work on the hydraulic system. Before applying pressure, make sure all connections are tight
and all components are in good condition. Never use your hand to check for suspected leaks under
pressure. Use a piece of cardboard or wood for this purpose. If injured by leaking fluid, see your
doctor immediately.
Failure to comply could result in minor or moderate injury.

1. The fuel injectors should only be cleaned and adjusted
by an Authorized dealer.
