Charge Time Test 
 

The charge time function is used to test the charging time of the 
capacitor and the battery of the defibrillator. 
 

1.  Set the defibrillator energy to maximum (

do not charge 

at this time

). 

2.  Select “CTime (F2) from the menu.  

3.  Select “Start” (F4). 

4.  Set the desired count down time. The countdown starts 

 from the set value and shows on the screen. 

5.  Place the paddle firmly on the contact plates and wait 

 for the beep. 

 
6.  At the beep press the charge button on the paddle of the 

defibrillator and press the discharge button of the 

defibrillator. 

 
7.  When the defibrillator is fully charged it automatically 
discharges into the paddle and the time will be displayed on 
the screen.
