System Software Upgrade

11. System Software Upgrade

The software upgrade procedure for Net2Phone MAX is divided into 2 parts. The first part is to

download necessary files for upgrade from Net2Phone FTP server. The second part is to

upload the new software to the Net2Phone MAX system. Before beginning the upgrade,

following information must be prepared.

ü

Password

ü

IP address of Net2Phone MAX

To upgrade the system software of Net2Phone MAX, you also need create a new directory

named “C:\net2phone\upgrade” in your PC.

The upgrade procedure is started by clicking the “Download Latest Firmware” link.

After clicking the “check for software upgrade” image, the software download/upload page will

appear which explains the upgrade procedure.
