3.1.2. Tape Reel Loading

While loading tape reels on reel rack, the position of each tape reel should be aligned with its peel-box and feeder.

Methods of Tape loading

Load the tape reel on reel rack

Insert the tape into feeder

；③

Pull back the cover

tape from feed outlet

；④

Pass the cover tape through pressure rod, then insert the cover tape into gear of peel box.
