13. The heater must not be located immediately below a wall
socket.

Locate the top, middle, and bottom parts of the tripod. These pipes
are threaded and must be twisted. Then mount the base as shown in
the diagram above. Install the heating element on a tripod by
connecting the electrical connector as shown in the figure below.
