NOTE!
Read the operating instructions carefully, follow the warnings and safety
conditions contained therein. The appliance has been designed for safe
operation. Nevertheless: installation, maintenance and operation of the
appliance can be hazardous. Following the following procedures will
reduce the risk of fire, electric shock, personal injury and will reduce the
installation time of the appliance

The appliance may only be operated by persons who have been
trained to do so and who have read these instructions.
•
Use the personal protective equipment specified in the
instructions, eye protection, hand protection.
•
Care should be taken to ensure that the work area is tidy and does
not pose a hazard to the person operating the assembler.
•
The assembler may only be used in the manner for which it has
been designed.
•
Do not modify the assembler yourself.

DESCRIPTION OF THE GRAPHIC ELEMENTS

PURPOSE
The fitter is specifically designed for removing and fitting motorbike tyres
to rims.
ASSEMBLY
INSTRUCTIONS
The diagram shows the steps and the order of installation of the
components
Before assembling, check that all the necessary components for
assembly are available
•
Assemble the assembling unit by connecting the base ring (10) to the
top ring (5) using the support brackets (6). Screw these to the
connectors on both rings using bolts, washers and M6 nuts.
•
Then screw the base of the pressure bucket arm (9) with Allen screws
to the lower base ring (10)
•
Then mount the axle rod (7) to the base of the pressure bucket arm (9)
with two lock nuts
•
The next step is to mount the pressure bucket (3) with the pressure
bucket handle (1) and the pressure bucket arm (2) to the base of the
pressure bucket arm (9). The position of the pressure bucket (3) with
handle (1) is adjustable, allowing it to adapt its pressure bucket position
to the wheel size.
•
Then attach the pressure bucket arm (2) with the handle (1) and the
pressure bucket (3) to the base (9)
•
The last step is to assemble the protectors by snapping the 4 rim
protectors at a 90' angle to each other on the top ring.
