Function Operation Description Led and sound
The machine starts
with pre-cooling.
Automatic operation. TAP L.1
1 x 2" Press and hold the START L.1 key for two
seconds
.
Start the automatic cycle (see paragraph
MAKE ICE CREAM WITH NXT1
L' AUTOMATIC).
At the beginning of the cycle, the machine
performs a
pre-cooling , during which the
blade does not mix the ingredients.
Starting the pre-cooling cycle:
- Led L.1 on
- Turn on
:
audible signal (1 beep)
After the pre-cooling period, the production
phase starts automatically.
The TIME LINE bar gradually lights up.
The blade starts signalling with 2 beeps.
Starting the production phase:
- Led L.1 turned on
- Led L.2 on the TIME LINE bar light up gradually
- Blade start
: audible signal (2 beeps)
When the ice cream is ready, the machine
automatically switches to the
storage phase.
Beginning of the storage
- Led L.1 turned on
- Led L.2 TIME LINE all turned on
- Led L.3 storage key turned on
- Led L.4 DENSITY CONTROL turned on
- Storage start
: audible signal (3 beeps)
WARNING: Storage lasts up to 8 hours. After
this time, the machine will turn off
automatically. 5 beeps signal the turning
off.
Reaching the time limit:
- Machine turned off : audible signal (5 beeps)
Machine starts
without pre-cooling.
Automatic operation. TAP L.1

Press and hold the START L.1 key for two
seconds
.
Then press the START L.1 key again and the
production phase will start immediately.
Start of cycle and production phase
- Led L.1 turned on
- Audible turn on
: audible signal (1 beep)
- Led L.2 on the TIME LINE bar light up gradually
- Blade start
: audible signal (2 beeps)
When the ice cream is ready, the machine
automatically switches to the storage phase.
Beginning the storage
- Led L.1 turned on
- Led L.2 TIME LINE all turned on
- Led L.3 storage key turned on
- Led L.4 DENSITY CONTROL turned on
- Storage start
: audible signal (3 beeps)
WARNING: Storage lasts up to 8 hours. After
this time, the machine will turn off
automatically. 5 beeps signal the turning
off.

Function Operation Description Led and sound
Pause function
activation 1 TAP L.1
Press the START L.1 key
It can be activated during the ice cream
formation or storage phase. Always use
when the cover is lifted for any reason. The
function is signalled by a beep every 10
seconds.
Switching from the production to the pause phase
- Led L.1 turned on
- TIME LINE Led L.2 flashing
- Pause start
: audible signal (1 beep)
- Audible signal every 10 seconds (1 beep)
Switching from the storage to the pause phase
- Led L.1 turned on
- Led flashing on the DENSITY CONTROL bar
- Pause start
: audible signal (1 beep)
- Audible signal every 10 seconds (1 beep)
WARNING: the Pause lasts up to 10 minutes
after which the machine turns off
automatically. 5 beeps signal the turning
off.
Reaching the time limit:
- Led L.1 subtle lighting.
- Machine turned off
:
audible signal (5 beeps)
Pause function
deactivation 1 TAP L.1
Press the START L.1 key to exit the pause
function and return to the production or
storage phase.
Exit pause phase
- Led L.1 turned on
- Led goes from flashing to steady.
- Blade re-start
: audible signal (2 beeps)
Manual activation of
the storage function TAP L.3
1 x 3"
Press the L.3 key for 3 seconds.
Activation of the storage phase. Selectable
at any time during the ice cream production
phase or during the pause.
Manual activation of the storage
- Led L.1 turned on
- Led L.2 TIME LINE all turned on
- Led L.3 storage key turned on
- Led L.4 DENSITY CONTROL turned on
- Storage start
: audible signal (3 beeps)
WARNING: Storage lasts up to 8 hours. After
this time, the machine will turn off
automatically. 5 beeps signal the turning
off.
Reaching the time limit:
- Machine turned off : audible signal (5 beeps)
Selection of the
storage cycle TAP L.3
Press the L.3. key
If you want to manually select
the density
during the storage phase, repeatedly press
the L.3 key to select a different density to
the default.
The larger LEDs indicate a higher density.
Smaller LEDs indicate a lower density.
Selecting the storage density
- Led L.1 turned on
- Led L.4 DENSITY CONTROL lights up corresponding to
the selection made.
- Led. TIME LINE L.2 all turned on
Return to the
production cycle from
the storage phase TAP L.3
1 x 3"
Press the L.3 key for 3 seconds.
Activation of the production cycle.
Selectable at any time during the ice cream
storage phase.
Return to production stage
- Led L.1 turned on
- TIME LINE Led L.2 light up gradually.
- Led L.3 Storage key turned off.
- DENSITY CONTROL Led L.4 turned off
- Blade movement
: audible signal (2 beeps)
Turning off the
machine TAP L.1
1 x 2"
Press the L.1 key for 2 seconds.
Stop all functions.
Turning off the machine
- Led L.1 subtle lighting.
- Machine turned off
: audible signal (5 beeps)
