4.2.9.2 Packet Size

Packet size can be changed via the GevSCPSPacketSize camera register.



Register name : GevSCPSPacketSize



VAL : 512 ~ 9152

*

1 packet contains not only image data, but also a data header with transmission

information. Therefore, by increasing the packet size, the number of packets to send

can be reduced, reducing the overall data volume.

Notes:

Do not set the size larger than your network’s MTU (Maximum Transmission Unit).

Doing so will result in image data not being able to be sent.
