Setting Gain
The camera can adjust the analog gain (x1 to x10.0 in 8 steps) and the digital gain.
As shown in the figure below, increasing the gain setting increases the gradient of the
camera
’s response curve and results in a higher camera output for a given amount of
light.
Analog gain can be changed by sending the
”gax” command.
Digital gain can be changed by sending the
“gdx” command.
