7.1.21.
Cannot Access a Specific Site
If a specific site cannot be accessed, it may be blocked by URL filtering. In that case, set the applicable category to
permission setting or use individual permission setting. Refer to Section 5.8.7 for the setting method.
7.1.22.
Specific Application Cannot Communicate
If a specific application cannot communicate, it may be blocked by Application Guard. In that case, set the applicable
application in permission setting. Refer to Section 5.8.9 for the setting method.

Unknown Log is Outputted to Security Log
For many of the devices, various applications may be running in the background. In that case, specify the device from
the source IP address output in the security log. Evaluate based on the security policy of the environment in which this
product is used whether or not it is a necessary application after that. For unnecessary applications, take measures
such as stopping background processing.
7.1.24.
Attachment of Received Email Cannot be Opened
This product may have detected a virus and cleaned the attached file of the email. Check the time information of the
received email and the security log of this product to see if the "Destroy" log remains in the Anti Virus.
7.1.25.
Device Authentication with MAC Address
When installing this product on a network that authenticates the device with a MAC address, MAC address permission
must be set on this product. Be aware that the MAC address for permission setting varies depending on the operation
mode.

Cannot Communicate or Slow when Setting up Microsoft Azure (Route Based)
Check the MRU (Maximum Receive Unit) value of the line. In the environment, if the MTU (Maximum Transmission
Unit) is set above the value, communication may be impossible or slow.
Refer to Section 5.7.6 for the MTU setting method.

Recommended actions before power off when product failure occurs
If failure occurs and it needs further investigation, the administrator may need to obtain the device maintenance
information.
