Maintenance Mode 

On the Web setting, the maintenance mode can be activated by the operator. This is normally disabled. To use the 
maintenance mode, a separate maintenance account is required. 
 

 

 
[Maintenance mode setting]

Open the [Maintenance Mode] screen from [TOP]-[Maintenance]-[Maintenance]. 

2.

 

Check "Enable" in "Maintenance Mode Setting" to enable the Maintenance Mode 

3.

 

Click the “Apply” button. 

4.

 

Click the “Save” button. 

 

[Device status log collection] 
1.  Open the [Maintenance Mode] screen from [TOP]-[Maintenance]-[Maintenance]. 
2.  Click "Acquire with file" to collect log information for maintenance to PC collectively. 
 
When collecting device status, a file named sa3500g_maintenance.zip is created. This file contains the following 
information:

Statistics 

・

Configuration file of this product 

・

Firmware version or serial number which are essential information during operation
