Selecting
Attendant Users
allows only the desktop users with an
Attendant level license to edit the databases.
The
Extensions
list allows the administrator to specify a specific set of
user extensions to have the privilege of updating the databases.
The
Add
and
Delete
buttons are used to manage the Extension list.
1.2
Activation
Individual desktop users can activate the Shared Services functionality by
enabling this option in the Configuration Wizard. The first screen of the
Configuration Wizard includes the settings required to activate the Shared
Services option.
To activate the Shared Services, the user must check the
Enable
Shared Services
box and fill in the associated fields.
The
Network Name/IP Address
specifies the IP address of the PC that
is hosting the shared services.
