The desktop application
maintains a Call Log, which provides a historical trace of the
user’s call activity. Each inbound and outbound call generates a record in the call log.
This information can be used to retrieve details about specific calls and perform
functions such as re-dialing a previous call or playing back a recorded telephone
conversation.
3.1
Opening the Call Log
To open the Call Log from Full Window mode, select Window
