When a Quick Message is received by a user, a message box pops up on the
screen, as in the following example.
The user can select a
Response
from the buttons shown in the
Quick
Response
area.
-OR-
Enter a text message in the
Custom Response
field.
Clicking the
Send
button delivers the return message to the sender.
If the user closes the window without selecting a response, the sender
receives an indication that the user did not respond.
